症状：

1. 在更改000-default.conf文件之前，可以通过localhost地址访问默认的Apache页面。
2. 如下更改000-default.conf文件后，访问本地主机地址时收到错误403-Forbidden
3. 如果我启动Django服务器，则可以在localhost：8000上访问默认的Django页面。

您没有在apache配置中指定任何ServerName：

ServerName localhost

还要检查您是否在settings.py指定了任何allowed_host 。
