最佳配置是：
- 应用程序实例（
App-SG）上的安全组，与该应用程序实例相关联 - Redshift实例（
DB-SG）上的安全组，该安全组允许来自App-SG入站Redshift（端口5439）连接，该连接与Redshift实例相关联
