Shell脚本没有SET命令，只有： set

它应该是 ：

"start": "set PORT=3100 && node scripts/start.js",

更改SET以set您的代码应该是

 "scripts": {
"start": "set PORT=3100 && node scripts/start.js",
"build": "node scripts/build.js",
"test": "node scripts/test.js"
},

去掉set命令也会报错sh: 1: PORT: not found if there are space so you can use PORT=3100
