cloudant 模块不会与 pip 一起安装

第一个： git clone https://github.com/IBM-Cloud/get-started-python

Python 3.0 中的open()添加了参数encoding 。 setup.py中的此代码仅适用于 Python3，尽管包声明与 Python2 兼容。 请注意，它们仅为 Python3 提供轮子。

使用encoding是一个错误，或者声明与 Python2 的兼容性是一个错误。 哪一个由作者决定。 报告问题，让他们解决。
