I just testing the installation on Python 3.9 for windows 64bts and Python 3.8 64 for Linux and it's made the same error. 但我找到了解决方案。 问题是 python 的版本，我尝试在新的 python 版本 3.7.3 上为 windows 64bts 在虚拟机上安装 bpy，它运行良好。
