TFS和电动工具中的警报电子邮件

只是一个猜测，但是我遇到的大多数TFS问题归结为用户权限。

检查TFS正在使用哪个用户帐户（可能是TFSSERVICE或TFSREPORTS，几乎可以肯定不是您的管理员登录名）。 确保此用户帐户可以访问您正在使用的邮件服务器。

您可以使用在交换服务器上具有最小权限的帐户来解决此问题，但是该帐户确实具有“发送为”权限。 另外，您也可以仅从TFS的IP地址允许匿名在Exchange Server smtp连接器上发送。
