你编译ruby没有openssl依赖。 做

rvm requirements

（或rvm notes如果您使用的是没有rvm requirements的旧版本的rvm）并查看您需要在系统中安装的内容（例如，如果您正在运行ubuntu，这些是apt-get命令），然后重新编译你的ruby安装

rvm remove 1.9.2
rvm install 1.9.2
