ManipulationCompleted事件未在Button上觸發

在我的Windows Phone 8.1通用應用程序中，我在ItemTemplate有一個帶有按鈕的ListView ，我需要查看該按鈕的ManipulationStarted和ManipulationCompleted事件何時被觸發。 目前ManipulationStarted工作正常，但ManipulationCompleted卻沒有。 有人可以幫忙解釋原因嗎？

Button有一個ManipulationMode of System，根據文檔 ，這意味着你不應該得到操縱事件。

元素必須具有除None或System之外的ManipulationMode值作為操作事件源
