Windows的Visual Studio 2013 Express僅針對Windows 8.1和Windows Phone 8.1。 在視頻中，Andy正在使用Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate 。 Windows的VS2013 Express僅在Windows 8.1上運行，因此我懷疑您使用的其他版本的VS2013 Express不支持Windows Store應用程序。

若要定位Windows Phone 8，您將需要Windows Phone 8的Visual Studio 2012 Express或Visual Studio 2013的非快速版本。
