看起來我正在使用的SharpRaven庫版本強制ServicePointManager.SecurityProtocol到SSL3，打破任何后續調用。 新的庫版本沒有這樣做，但我仍然在執行我的調用之前明確地將它設置為TLS，只是為了好的措施。
