答案是我更新到了Azure工具2.7，並引用了2.5 dll版本。

1）刪除對項目中2.5 dll的引用（如果需要，或刪除.csproj文件），然后將對2.7 System.WindowsAzure.ServiceRuntime dll的引用添加。
