yum install R

這與R無關。您的日志顯示“ device-mapper”和“ lvm2”之間存在沖突，並且這些軟件包用於與硬盤和分區之類的設備一起使用（在有人拒絕我投票之前，是的，這是一個粗略的簡化）。

在安裝R之前，應嘗試使用yum更新系統。
