不可能(至少使用EF)執行包含嵌套集合的查詢的並集或連接(例如,在您的情況下為group byRoleNames的結果)。

解決方案是從基本查詢中刪除分組,創建統一投影,連接然后進行分組。

旁注:盡管使用string.Empty是一種很好的編程習慣,但最好在EF查詢中避免使用它,因為EF不會將其識別為常量並生成其他SQL查詢參數。
