我嘗試過的方法：1.確認numpy版本；
確認python版本是2.7
檢查opencv版本；
$ dpkg -l | grep libopencv

制作pycaffe的錯誤消息
$ make pycaffe

由於缺少ltbb，因此我安裝了軟件包
$sudo apt-get install libtbb-dev

然后我將opencv從2.4.11升級到了opencv 3。
conda install -c menpo opencv=3
然后構建順利。

1.0.0-rc5
我不確定，但是可能缺少的功能存在於opencv_imgecodecs.so中，該功能未在2.4.11中提供，但在> = 3.0.0中提供

pip安裝opencv-python
