好的，解決了。 The problem was when I try to publish my WebAPI under "Default Web Site" or any other root web site on IIS, it throws Elmah exception because Elmah module was configured in the existing root web sites before. 我嘗試通過在 IIS 上創建一個新的 web 站點來單獨發布我的應用程序，並且異常消失了。
