本地源不存在 從 packages.config 遷移到 PackageReference

我正在嘗試從 packages.config 遷移到 PackageReference
我做了所有步驟，但總是以這個錯誤告終：

本地源 'C:\Program Files (x86)\DevExpress 19.1\Components\System\Components\Packages' 不存在

我不知道為什么會發生這個問題，因為現在我使用的是 DevExpress 19.2

In Visual Studio, you may go to Tools>Nuget Package Manager>Package Manager Settings under Package Sources subgroup at left, and then uncheck the missed references for Package Sources ,as shown in picture below:
