npx cross-env ELECTRON_GET_USE_PROXY=true GLOBAL_AGENT_HTTPS_PROXY=http://username:password@host:8080 npm install -D electron@latest

• 如果需要，這里username:password是您的網絡用戶名和密碼。
• 這里host:8080是您的代理服務器主機名和端口號。
• cross-env是另一個支持命令行變量的節點模塊（可選）。
