解決了。 我發現的相當不令人滿意的解決方案是刪除部署槽並基於它創建一個新的發布配置文件。

我只能猜測我以某種方式設法破壞了部署槽 - 盡管查看 pubxml 文件我確實看到了一些差異/額外字段（盡管沒有什么會導致 EF 頭痛）。
