如果您在64位計算機上運行，​​則ipso-facto共享點安裝為64位。 大多數共享點程序集僅x64，因此此錯誤是由於您的產品嘗試將64位程序集加載到32位進程（運行32位clr）而導致的。

在不知道試圖加載共享點程序集的產品的情況下，很難知道發生了什么。 如果這是自定義代碼，則將項目構建目標體系結構設置為x64並重新構建。
