windows中的emacs /cmd.exe中的cygwin shell

我試圖讓python在emacs的命令shell中運行。 我已經嘗試了windows emacs附帶的標准Mx shell，然后鍵入'python'但python只是掛起（沒有輸出）。 我也嘗試從cygwin運行其他程序shell，如bash.exe，結果相同。 有沒有辦法獲得可以運行其他程序如python的shell？
