There's an app i want to get built but not sure if one of the main features is even possible. 
有一个我想构建的应用程序，但不确定主要功能之一是否可行。 I want to be able to use an iOS app to restrict access to other third party apps (mostly games) on a device. 我希望能够使用iOS应用程序来限制对设备上其他第三方应用程序（主要是游戏）的访问。
The app would detect which apps are on the device & then user could choose which apps would be blocked. 该应用程序将检测到设备上有哪些应用程序，然后用户可以选择哪些应用程序将被阻止。
I'm assuming this requires some operating system level access which is why I think it cannot be done but would be very happy to be proven otherwise. 我假设这需要某些操作系统级别的访问权限，这就是为什么我认为它无法完成但很乐意被证明的原因。

iOS Parental Control Restrictions, built into iOS, may be able to do some of what you're looking for. iOS内置的iOS家长控制限制功能可以满足您的某些需求。
