I tried to create Development certificate in developer portal of IOS by going to Certificates -> Development -> + button pressed.

You exceed the amount of maximum Development & Production certificates you can create. 您超过了可以创建的最大开发和生产证书数量。 Revoke several certificates & try again. 吊销多个证书，然后重试。 Then you'll be able create new 这样您就可以创建新的
