jQuery is not loading because plunker needs https. jQuery未加载，因为插件需要https。 Just change the url to src="https://code.... 只需将网址更改为src="https://code....

And you are using ionic, so you should include ionic library. 而且您正在使用离子库，因此您应该包括离子库。
