I am running windows and eclipse mars. 
我正在运行Windows和日食火星。 I downloaded and installed the ADT plugin version 23.0.7. 我下载并安装了ADT插件版本23.0.7。 but nothing happens after I install it. 但安装后没有任何反应。 I can't find the option to create a new android project. 我找不到创建新的android项目的选项。 Also there is no option to convert a java project(this is actualy adt project before i uninstal and update adt) into an android project. 也没有选择将Java项目（这实际上是我取消安装并更新adt之前的adt项目）转换为android项目的选项。

Open the Error Log view after installing ADT and see if there are any relevant errors reported there. 安装ADT之后，打开“错误日志”视图，然后查看是否报告了任何相关的错误。
Also, since ADT is no longer supported, it may just be incompatible with Eclipse's Mars (and newer) releases. 另外，由于不再支持ADT，因此它可能与Eclipse的Mars（及更新版本）版本不兼容。 Try installing it into Eclipse Luna . 尝试将其安装到Eclipse Luna中 。
