I was trying to create a pepper robot app which interact with human.

Yes. 是。 It is possible, Follow the same link which you have shared and in the Robot viewer goto->Dialog view-> at the bottom there is a space to enter the human input(Emulator won't detect the user voice). 可能的是，遵循您共享的相同链接，并且在“机器人查看器”的“转到”->“对话框视图”->底部的空间中可以输入人工输入（仿真器不会检测到用户语音）。
