Is there a simple-to-get instruction on how to localize text on the iPhone?

I translated my app by following this tutorial . 我按照本教程翻译了我的应用程序。 It is hosted on a translation site but is applicable wether or not you use them to provide the translated text. 它托管在翻译站点上，无论是否使用它们来提供翻译后的文本均适用。
