postgresql 9.1 - Rails 3 - can't install pg gem

Question

I am developing a rails app to push to Heroku on Mac OS X and when I try running 'gem install pg' I get the following errors.

I have installed Postgres using the Mac OS X installer from their website.

Any help on how to fix this would be much appriciated!

如果使用Brew安装Postgres，则不会发生此问题。
