最新版本（4.1.0.5）似乎只能在安装.Net 4.5的情况下使用... Windows 2003不支持.Net 4.5，因此我认为它将无法在您的生产环境中使用

Technically the requirements are ASP.NET 2.0 so it should be perfectly possible to use it with that requirements.
