Failed ASP.NET w/SQL Azure Deployment Via BitBucket

Question

I've been pulling my hair out for the last 2 days! I am now at a complete lost, I can't figure this out.

It doesn't seem to matter what I put as my connection string, the site continues to try and use a localDb... the connection string it's stating as incorrect below is copied DIRECTLY from Azure Management Console.

I've added my IP to the firewall rules list and can telnet the server without any issue.

All I want to do is have this connect and use my Azure Database and not a LocalDb.

THE ERROR:

The issue appears to be with the way I am deploying via BitBucket. I decided to use WebDeploy today instead and it worked, so I am guessing the issue must be somewhere in the build. I worked on a custom build script today and got it working... bit of a pain though for beginners like me.
