Grails 2.3 Database-Migration does not work?

Question

Grails database migration does not work in Grails 2.3 I alway get the following error.

I use: build ":tomcat:7.0.42" and runtime ":hibernate:3.6.10.1"

grails dbm-update leads to the following error:

This bug has been fixed. You should use: database-migration:1.3.8
