How can I embed a rstp live streaming in html?

Question

I've a problem with html5 and rstp live video streaming. It doesn't show with the tag, so I'm using vlc firefox plugin to show it (using embed tag), it works fine but I can't define css styles on it, I mean, no opacity, box-shadow, etc.

So, is there a better solution to this? There will be 9 ip cameras streaming by rstp in h264, its a good idea to re-transcode them in another format/protocol and then show it on html? If yes, how can I do it?
