Adsense + Android games downloads website

Question

Me and my friend have android games downloads website. We don't add paid apps, apps with mods and etc. Just original android games (free). Other android developers also add their games to our website.

Can we add adsense banners in our website?

For Android Games website You can use it if you don't have any game which one still need to buy but you are giving free. Because if that game owners claim for you copyright infringement then adsense will ban you id. If you have only free game and apps. Then you can use it. I think you should read AdSense Privacy Policy. That will clear everything. But I saw still there have some site who are doing copyright but still they are using adsense because they didn't face any claim if face for at least one time then that will harm your adsense.
