HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error on upgrading to .net 4.5 framework

Question

This is my web.config file. I am unable to add sessions to my web application. I've updated my framework to 4.5 from 4.0.

My application is working perfectly when i run from visual studio 2013.

Please help me to sort out this issue.
