CXF-SOAP-SPRING deployment bean creation exception:Error creating bean with name 'accountDetailsService':

Question

Tomcat log file says:

SEVERE: Exception sending context initialized event to listener instance of class org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'accountDetailsService': Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: REFLECTION

Docs says The implementer attribute in jaxws:endpoint to specify the implementation class using either the fully qualified class name or an ID reference to a Spring bean configuring the implementation class.

In your case referring bean id with leading "#" symbol not sure why?, can you try with class name directly instead of bean id since your AccountDetailsServiceImpl is plain without any dependencies.
