WebLogic status Starting and never changes

Question

I am developing a Java Application that is on Oracle WebLogic server, but when it starts comes with the logs:

And then, it starts my application, and it is working very fine, but I can't access weblogic console and if I want to stop it, I have to kill de proccess manually.

It looks like my app starts but don't "tell" the server its running, so the server keeps waiting it to start.

I was looking at weblogic configurations and put a file named weblogic.xml in my WEB-INF directory looking as follows :

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

How have you deployed the code? Using wlst i guess or weblogic deployer as you cannot access the console. I suppose you know about Admin and managed servers. If it is just the admin server (the logs say so) and you have targeted your code to the same, the admin server has to get into running mode else your application wouldn't have responded. I would suggest looking for rotated logs in the same directory where you got this log from. I can see that your WLS is actually an OSB domain from the libraries. Are you sure you are hitting the right port of the admin server with a /console at the end? If it is the command prompt output that you have pasted, I would suggest increasing the max perm size to 256M since it is trying to bring up the sbconsole as well and these class loadings would occupy quite a bit of PERMGEN space. Additionally, you can do a netstat and find on "Listening" to see what all HTTP ports are available and you can try with the same. Please try both with localhost and your machine IP in the url. Please try these and let me know what you experienced.
