App bar items collapsing with status bar when scrolled.And app not being scrolled on scrolling list items

Here is mainActivity code above. Apart from that as shown in above picture,the AppBarLayout does not get scrolled when list items in ViewPager are scrolled.

You just need to add android:fitsSystemWindows="true" and remove paddingTop from AppBarLayout :
