Error in Spring with JPA and Hibernate

Question

I am following this pluralsight tutorial for understanding Spring with JPA and Hibernate.I am stuck for few days on below error.

I am beginner in Spring and unable to remove this type of error. Tried searching this error , but didn't found any suitable answer. Anyone can me help with this.

You need to run mvn dependency:tree and check if any Spring 3.xx jars are there. The needsRefresh() method was added in Spring 4.0.x and so it can't be found in the 3.0.x version.

If you find any Spring 3.xx dependencies, just try to exclude them.

The error is java.lang.NoSuchMethodError . It generally means you have jars that wrong version. Probably your Spring version is wrong. Try to change version 3 to 4
