The two TextViews overlap each other inside the ConstraintLayout, like it is shown in this Picture .
How to solve this problem?
Follows the sample code:
<android.support.constraint.ConstraintLayout
android:layout_width="match_parent"
android:layout_height="wrap_content"
android:layout_margin="16dp">
<TextView
android:id="@+id/textView1"
android:layout_width="0dp"
android:layout_height="wrap_content"
android:layout_marginLeft="24dp"
android:layout_marginRight="24dp"
android:layout_marginTop="24dp"
android:text="aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa"
app:layout_constraintHorizontal_bias="0.0"
app:layout_constraintLeft_toLeftOf="parent"
app:layout_constraintRight_toRightOf="parent"
app:layout_constraintTop_toTopOf="parent" />
<TextView
android:id="@+id/textView2"
android:layout_width="0dp"
android:layout_height="wrap_content"
android:layout_marginBottom="24dp"
android:layout_marginLeft="24dp"
android:layout_marginRight="24dp"
android:layout_marginTop="8dp"
android:text="bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb"
app:layout_constraintBottom_toBottomOf="parent"
app:layout_constraintHorizontal_bias="0.0"
app:layout_constraintLeft_toLeftOf="parent"
app:layout_constraintRight_toRightOf="parent"
app:layout_constraintTop_toBottomOf="@+id/textView1" />
</android.support.constraint.ConstraintLayout>
Add app:layout_constraintBottom_toTopOf="@+id/textView2"
to textView1
to separate the two. I am not sure why you are seeing what you are seeing, but this will work.
