Read column from a web page table

I want to be able to read only the column of "Daily solar radiation - horizontal" from the NASA web page. How do I go about it? Here is my code:

url_parts = list(urllib.parse.urlparse(url))

query = dict(urllib.parse.parse_qsl(url_parts[4]))

query.update(params)

url_parts[4] = urllib.parse.urlencode(query)

print(urllib.parse.urlunparse(url_parts))

webresult = pd.read_html(urllib.parse.urlunparse(url_parts))
webresult[3]

It only displays the full table.

This can be done easily using BeautifulSoup . Explanation is given in the code comments.
