How to make equally big imagebuttons in Grid Layout?

I need to make something that looks kind of like this picture. How do i make a 4x4 grid where all the buttons are equally big and fill out the width of the screen on all phones?

I made this code so far, but it just doesn't load on my phone with so many pictures. It loads and works fine if i just use 4 imagebuttons, but with these 16 it doesn't work. Is it bad to have so many weights?
