Ubuntu 16.04 Multiple php version

Question

I have a server with 3 version of php: 5.6, 7.0, 7.1.

I want know why if i execute: sudo apt list --installed | grep -i php sudo apt list --installed | grep -i php i see some package that start with php without the version number. Is this configuration correct or i need to uninstall the php package?
