Copy range of cells from excel to the subject & body of an email

I'm wanting to copy the values in my sheet from D11:D14 into the Subject & Body of an email.

Anything like this i've seen is copying the range into a blank sheet and attaching that, this isn't what i'm looking for.

Sorry if it's hard to understand, any help is appreciated!

How about this?
