Adding an element such as a rectangle (xaml) in Axes

Is it possible to define other elements in the axes (LiveChart)?

I would like to distribute elements in the form of rectangles with a text description inside each.

At the end of each element, the value on the y axis would be assigned.

You are able to add custom elements in your axis, this is made possible with the VisualElements object. Try looking in to that, here is what I found so far. LiveCharts VisualElements .
