How to enable twain drivers settings programmatically

Question

I am using a Xerox Documate scanner 3125. Under Scan properties -> driver settings, have an option/checkbox “Make Twain UI topmost” to enable which make the twain message box topmost. Can some please tel me how to enable this programmatically – I am using vbscript to do this. I could not find any registry settings/INI config files for this.

Your help would be appreciated.

You can use TWAIN Capability Negotiation to programmatically enable a TWAIN driver setting.
