Spring boot endpoint is not authenticated

I am trying to learn oauth2 along with jwt so my reference link is

I am using spring boot 1.5.15

        }

    @Bean
    public BCryptPasswordEncoder encoder(){
        return new BCryptPasswordEncoder();
    }

    @Bean
    public FilterRegistrationBean corsFilter() {
        UrlBasedCorsConfigurationSource source = new UrlBasedCorsConfigurationSource();
        CorsConfiguration config = new CorsConfiguration();
        config.setAllowCredentials(true);
        config.addAllowedOrigin("*");
        config.addAllowedHeader("*");
        config.addAllowedMethod("*");
        source.registerCorsConfiguration("/**", config);
        FilterRegistrationBean bean = new FilterRegistrationBean(new CorsFilter(source));
        bean.setOrder(0);
        return bean;
    }
}

now with these configuration when I call

http://localhost:8080/oauth/token

this gives me access and refresh which is what I want. but now

I have a controller which looks like

 @GetMapping("/users")
    public Map<String,String> getUsers(){
        Map<String,String> map = new HashMap<>();
        map.put("name","sagar");
        map.put("job","developers");
        return map;
    }

so I am calling this endpoint like this

http://localhost:8080/users

now what I expect is that whenever I call this endpoint this call should be authenticated. but it simply returns me

{
    "name": "sagar",
    "job": "developers"
}

even when I don't send any tokens. I expect this endpoint to be allowed to the use having role SCT_USER .

Why this is not happening?

Two important point here

@Order(SecurityProperties.ACCESS_OVERRIDE_ORDER)

And

@Override
protected void configure(HttpSecurity http) throws Exception {
http
        .csrf().disable()
        .anonymous().disable()
        .authorizeRequests()
        .antMatchers("/api-        docs/**").permitAll().anyRequest().authenticated();
}

And don't forget to fix your typo in ResourceServerConfig where you have access("hasRole('SCT_USER')")

instead of

access("hasRole('USER')")

I've created test example for exactly your code. https://github.com/alex-petrov81/stackoverflow-answers/tree/master/spring-boot-endpoint-not-auth
