How do I protect my app against lucky patcher and anti LVL?

It's my first app, so I'm a little nervous. I've researched quite a bit about it and read older threads, but I don't know how things are today.

So far, I know that it can remove LVL with just one click. But it needs root access, right?

Is it possible for one user to crack my app and upload it to a pirate store like cough.. cough.. aptoide? Or only the person who has lucky patcher installed can use the cracked app?

In either case, how do I prevent it from happening? Or detect whether it has been lucky patched. Does anti LVL work the same way too? How to counter it too?

The way Luckey Patcher works is that most of the time it only changes offline data like SharedPreferences and SQLite data. If you are storing the data on the server or in-app purchasing inside android application the lucky patcher won't work, But if you really want to secure the application data at offline level than you must encrypt the value of the string and use anadroid device id as the key so only inside the application it can be accessed.
