How to set static ip provided by ISP in Win 10 connected over WiFi Router

My ISP have provided me static IP and am using WiFi router to connect my laptop, now is it possible to set this public static ip to my laptop instead of local ip(192.168.xx).

I want my laptop ip to be set as the ip address provided by my ISP like 114.32.45.221 not like 192.168.2.45

Simply you need an IP Gateway and DNS that your ISP provided you.

IP 114.32.45.221

SubnetMask provided by ISP

Gateway 114.32.445.1 (example)

DNS Use as it is provided by ISP or uses 4.4.4.4, 8.8.8.8.
