OpenDaylight Fluorine SR3/Neon SR1 - Cannot find transportpce feature in the feature list

I am new to OpenDaylight. My intention is to learn about ODL and the TransportPCE feature in particular. I have downloaded and installed the latest releases of OpenDaylight. I was hoping to see odl-transportpce in the feature:list but it is not listed. The documentation seems to suggest it was released with Fluorine SR3/Neon SR1 release. Where can I find the feature?

TransportPCE is provided in the downloadable image, but it's not enabled by default. You need to add its repository; for Neon SR1, in the Karaf console:

repo-add mvn:org.opendaylight.transportpce/features-transportpce/0.3.1/xml/features

You will then be able to install the TransportPCE feature:

feature:install odl-transportpce
