I received an error message while trying to install datatable in python 3.7.4 using python -m pip install datatable

Question

When I tried to install a datatable using pythom -m pip install datatable in python 3.7.4, I received the following error message: Complete output (26 lines):

Datatable will support Windows starting from version 0.11. As of right now, it is possible to install dev snapshots of datatable, see the instructions at https://datatable.readthedocs.io/en/latest/install.html#install-on-windows

You are trying to install datatable on Windows. That is not yet supported.
