compiling and running a java program in cmd

I compile my java program without errors, but when I want to run it, I get this error:

what should I do?

You have a newer JDK than JRE. Either download a newer JRE, or use an older JDK. You should be able to use older JDK without actually downloading them, at least IntelliJ has that setting under Project Preferences.
